Safety was founded in 1991 with many years of experience in producing brake pad and brake shoe.
Safety is one of the leading disc brake manufacturing Company in main land China.
Safety is located in Zhongshan city, Guangdong Province, 30 kilometer from China’s fastest growing city “ZHUHAI” which is across the sea from Hong Kong and Zhuhai share its border with Macau.
Safety got ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate by Germany’s TUV Nord in 2002.
Safety got ISO 9001: 2008 Certificate by Germany’s TUV Nord in 2010.
Safety has excellent Quality Control system in place to meet the European e-Mark R90 requirement by 2011.
Safety has 13000 square meter space for her open concepts manufacturing system.
Safety produce Disc brake pads for Japanese, Korean, American, European and Chinese Passenger cars and it covers over 1000different FMSI part numbers. Safety has capacity to manufacture around 150,000 sets / month. Safety also has capacity of producing over 300 FMSI part numbers for the brake shoe. 50,000sets /month.
Safety, export her product to North America, South America, South Africa, Medalist and Asia.
(Safety produced parts in the past for the Canadian Company “Satisfied Brakes” till Satisfied Brake started its own manufacturing factory in China.)
Safety has new generation of manufacturing machines to produce high quality brake pad and brake shoe to meet current customer requirements. Some machines are imported from North America and Europe.
Safety has Powder coating paint line which produce good quality of painted parts and its paint adhesion survive high temperature in normal operation on the car. The paint protects water penetration and causing rust between friction material and steel backing plate.
Safety has Positive molding process and flash molding process to produce best parts to meet the customer’s diverse requirements.
Safety’s owner has separate steel backing plate stamping factory and this gives Safety advantage of producing new part numbers in short time for their customers. Through many years of experience of manufacturing friction material and with the help of USA and European experienced friction material experts, Safety had developed three friction formulas, which Safety believe they meet North American and European market requirement.
Ceramic formula is developed for the current market requirement and has “FF” and “FG” friction level, good life and no noise issue.
Premium Semi metallic formula and Heavy duty Semi metallic formula also developed according to North American market requirement.

Hardness test &Specific Gravity test,
Road test and Taxi test.
